first_imgWith three months to go before the 7th Games in Kimbe, West New Britain Province, team manager Boudi Meapo is not leaving planning for later, already naming an 18-man team.The team consists of three officials, 12 players and three shadow players.Meapo said the 15-man team named is the final team and no changes will be made during the course of the three-month preparations to the Games.“If there are injuries to the first 12 then I have three shadow players to fill in the gap.The main thing is that we want ample time to prepare our players in the lead up before the PNG Games,” said Meapo.He added the selection is a mixture of upcoming and seniors players from the Capital Rugby Union competition.
